For those ready to dive deeper and with a specific procedure in mind, you can complete our detailed virtual consultation form to get started right away.
Once you've submitted your information, our expert team will carefully review your questionnaire, photos, and other details to assess your suitability for the procedure. A coordinator will contact you within a few days to discuss your case and provide the provider's recommendations. This call is crucial and typically lasts 15-20 minutes, so please be prepared to discuss your procedure in detail.
You can then choose to schedule a consultation with your surgeon or proceed directly to booking your surgery through your coordinator. For your convenience, consultations are available both in-person at our clinic and virtually. Any fees collected during this process will be applied to your service.

Getting a Quote
After submitting your inquiry or scheduling a consultation, our coordinators will reach out to provide a quote, provided you are a suitable candidate for surgery. During the call, be prepared to have a detailed conversation with your coordinator, who is highly knowledgeable and ready to answer all your questions. If you accept the quote and wish to move forward, they will guide you through the process of paying your deposit and selecting a date for your procedure.
Deposit
To secure your procedure and lock in your rate, a deposit is required, which is either 10% or 20% of your total quote. A 20% deposit is fully refundable up to 45 days before your procedure. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are committed to accommodating your needs. A 10% deposit, however, is non-refundable.
Pick a Surgery Date
Once your deposit is made, our coordinators will assist you in scheduling your procedure. You have up to a year to undergo your surgery from the time of booking, but a specific date must be selected to finalize your booking—we cannot collect deposits without it. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. You are allowed to reschedule your procedure twice without penalties, provided you inform us at least 46 days before your scheduled surgery date.
Payments
As your surgery date approaches, please note that full payment is required at least two weeks in advance. You have the flexibility to pay in a way that suits you—whether in full, through smaller monthly payments, or by financing the entire amount. Please be aware that if you choose to finance, the process is subject to the policies of each financing company. Our coordinators are available to answer any questions you may have. We accept financing options such as Cherry, CareCredit, Alphaeon, and Affirm to help you cover the cost of your surgery.
Ensuring You’re Healthy Enough for Surgery
At La Clinique Privée, your safety is our top priority, so obtaining medical clearance from your doctor before your procedure is essential. This process includes routine blood tests, EKGs, and other labs to confirm that you are healthy enough for surgery. We recommend scheduling these tests as early as possible to allow ample time for your results to be reviewed and submitted to our team.
Our pre-op department will reach out to you approximately 45-60 days before your procedure to provide your lab order and instructions on how to prepare for surgery. Please ensure that you have an appointment with your primary care physician about 30 days before your surgery date so they can provide the necessary clearance. This clearance should be submitted to us at least three weeks before your scheduled surgery to ensure everything is in place for a safe procedure.
Travel Plans
If you're traveling to visit us from out of town, now is the time to start making your travel arrangements! Our coordinators can assist in planning your stay, including accommodation through our partnership with the AC Hotel Dadeland, located just 10 minutes from our clinic. You’ll also receive recommendations from our staff on the best spots for dining, shopping, and entertainment in the area.

Your Procedure
After booking your procedure, arranging travel plans, and attending your pre-op appointment, the next step is your surgery. Your procedure will be performed at La Clinique Privée in Miami, Florida, just 15 miles from downtown. We take patient care seriously, which is why our office is equipped with a state-of-the-art, Joint Commission-accredited surgical facility that adheres to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Our entire team is carefully vetted and trained to ensure you have the most comfortable experience during and after your surgery. You are in excellent hands! After your procedure, you’ll spend about an hour in the recovery area for monitoring before your caretaker can take you home or to your hotel. We will check in with you within 24 hours via our virtual tools and address any questions you may have. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported every step of the way!
Post Op
Day One
Your recovery and well-being are our top priorities at La Clinique Privée. We schedule your first check-in one day after your procedure to ensure everything is progressing well. This appointment can be conducted in our office or virtually, depending on your needs and comfort level.
Unless you have a post-op lymphatic massage scheduled with us, we recommend opting for a virtual session. Our medical assistant will reach out to see how you’re feeling and how your first night went. This check-in is also a valuable opportunity to voice any immediate questions or concerns, allowing us to address them promptly, ensuring your comfort and safety during this critical phase of your recovery.
Day Five
The post-op appointment five days after your surgery is an in-person visit and is particularly important, especially for out-of-town patients. This allows us to thoroughly evaluate your recovery, screen for any complications or side effects, and take your post-op day-five photos. Leaving before this appointment is considered leaving against medical advice.
However, if you have any needs between your scheduled appointments—whether it's a question or concern—please don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re always happy to assist and ensure you have the best possible experience.
Week Six
Six weeks after your surgery, you’ll have a virtual appointment where we review your healing progress and collect additional photos. During this session, we will also review any restrictions placed after your surgery, and if everything looks good, those restrictions will be lifted.
Please Note: Not all patients follow the same post-op check-in schedule. For example, our facelift and rhinoplasty patients have their first follow-up seven days after surgery to ensure they receive the most appropriate care and monitoring based on their specific procedure.
